I also wanted to add key words are your important ingredients in your recipe for SEO. It is really important that you inves time in key word research as Giz has suggested

Was just taking look at those SEO questions from last year i made note of. “SEO Overkill” is the lastest buzz in the SEO community.
I too used that keyword selector tool and found it helpfull … as it is well written too.
